Mayra takes care of tasks needed in Madera, such as passing communications to/from Campamento Huápoca, from/to the outside world.
She also runs errands in town, makes purchases, pays bills and other administrative duties.

Campamento Huapoca A.C. is not responsible for any accident or any illness. The director and the leaders of the Group, as organizers of the event, are responsible for the safety and the actions of each person in the Group.
LEAVING THE AREA
No one in the Group should leave the area* of the Camp unless it is a programmed activity. The activities outside the camp area require previous permission from the Huápoca director.
*”the area” includes the camp facilities, lake, landing strip
The Group is responsible to have an organization that allows for good control of the Group. For youth camps it is necessary to have a responsible person in charge of each cabin. Supervision is necessary, even during the night.
NURSE AND FIRST AID KIT
The Group is responsible to bring their own doctor, nurse, or paramedic and also their own First Aid Kit.
PROHIBITED TO BRING
It is prohibited to bring: Alcoholic Beverages, Cigarettes, Illegal drugs, Weapons. Please communicate this to everyone in your group.
The Group is responsible to keep all of the facilities clean, including the bathrooms, floors, tables; and also responsible for taking out the trash, etc. Especially at the moment of your departure it is very important to leave the facilities and grounds clean and in good condition.
The Groups that use the kitchen to prepare their own meals have the responsibility to clean the kitchen, and its contents, before departure.
It is necessary that Huápoca receive a copy of your schedule (program of activities) before your arrival. If it’s not possible to send before arriving, please give us a copy when you arrive.
In case of any damages to the facilities caused by carelessness or negligence, the Group will cover the cost to repair or replace.
TIMES FOR ARRIVING AND DEPARTING
Arrival time is after 2:00 pm. Departure time is before 11:00 am. Other arrangements may be made with Huápoca , beforehand.
